What in the World Are They Spraying
Those white streaks trailing behind aircraft, from horizon to horizon, turning the sky into a murky haze, are not mere vapor trails from jet engines, but who is doing this and why? A new industry called Geo-engineering, driven by governments, scientists, and corporations, is intent on changing climate and con-trolling weather, supposedly for the good of mankind. (More)

Egypt: Government to prosecute self-proclaimed 'pro-democracy' groups for being covertly directed by the US to foment revolution and topple the existing regime. [The US denies any such activity but, curiously, threatens to withhold $1.3 billion of annual military aid if the groups are prosecuted. These groups are heavily funded by US taxpayers.] Google News 2012 Feb 10 (Cached)

Russia and China veto a UN resolution that would call for regime change in Syria, which is the goal of the US and other Western powers. The veto is motivated by fear that the US is orchestrating the anti-government movement and seeks to replace the present despotic leader with another despotic leader who will be aligned with the US. Over 40 states have signed off on a settlement to compensate mortgage holders for bank fraud. This video shows persistent jet trails that appear to be chemtrails. Some clips might be explained as nothing unusual. For example, a third trail behind a 2-engine jet might be vapor from the jet auxiliary power generator in the rear of most airliners. Other phenomena, however, are more difficult to explain, such as rapidly intermittent trails. It is hard to imagine any cause for this based on the theory that these are merely water vapor turning to ice. White trails from wingtips also are hard to explain based on this theory unless we are dealing with high-performance aircraft making tight maneuvers, which these aircraft clearly are not doing. Unemployment is dropping! Explained by Bud & Lou:
COSTELLO: I want to talk about the unemployment rate.
ABBOTT: Good Subject. Terrible times. It's 9%.
COSTELLO: That many people are out of work?
ABBOTT: No, that's about 20%.
COSTELLO: You just said 9%.
ABBOTT: 9% Unemployed.
COSTELLO: Right 9% out of work.
ABBOTT: No, that's about 20%.
COSTELLO: Okay, so it's 20% unemployed.
ABBOTT: No, that's 9%...
COSTELLO: WAIT A MINUTE. Is it 9% or 20%?
ABBOTT: 9% are unemployed. 20% are out of work.
COSTELLO: IF you are out of work you are unemployed.
ABBOTT: No, you can't count the "Out of Work" as the unemployed. You have to look for work to be unemployed.
COSTELLO: But they ARE out of work!!!
ABBOTT: No, you miss my point.
COSTELLO: What point?
ABBOTT: Someone who doesn't look for work, can't be counted with those who look for work. It wouldn't be fair.
COSTELLO: To whom?
ABBOTT: The unemployed.
COSTELLO: But they are ALL out of work.
ABBOTT: No, the unemployed are actively looking for work... Those who are out of work stopped looking. They gave up. And, if you give up, you are no longer in the ranks of the unemployed.
COSTELLO: So if you're off the unemployment roles, that would count as less unemployment?
ABBOTT: Unemployment would go down. Absolutely!
COSTELLO: The unemployment just goes down because you don't look for work?
ABBOTT: Absolutely it goes down. That's how you get to 9%. Otherwise, it would be 20%. You don't want to read about 20% unemployment do ya?
COSTELLO: That would be frightening.
ABBOTT: Absolutely.
COSTELLO: Wait, I got a question for you. That means they're two ways to bring down the unemployment number?
ABBOTT: Two ways is correct.
COSTELLO: Unemployment can go down if someone gets a job?
ABBOTT: Correct.
COSTELLO: And unemployment can also go down if you stop looking for a job?
ABBOTT: Bingo.
COSTELLO: So there are two ways to bring unemployment down, and the easier of the two is to just stop looking for work.
ABBOTT: Now you're thinking like a politician.
COSTELLO: I don't even know what I just said!

Who's on first? Romney and Gingrich version (Carried over from last week as a perfect companion to the above script.)

2012 Jan 6 from Chris
I saw this heading in your e-news that intrigued me:
"US: 'One Subject at a Time' bill is introduced into Congress that limitsonly one issue per bill. This would stop Congress from attaching unrelatedand unpopular items to bills that are popular and sure to pass".

Actually, I cynically laughed when I read it. Please allow me to briefly comment, thereby pointing out how IGNORANCE leads to what we have today: treasonous law-makers who do not have any concern for "Securing" the "inalienable, God-Endowed Rights" of "we the people'" (i.e., the SOLE PURPOSE for the existence of government in America).

The attached pdf consists of the title page and Contents page from Sutherland's book on "Statutory Contstruction". Please note the title of "Chapter IV". It pretty much says it all: ["Constitutional Requirement That No Act Embrace More Than One Subject And That It Be Expressed in The Title"] If you read the chapter (search for the free book on the internet), you will see that the "law-makers" have been busy violating the fundamental principles of statutory construction for nearly 200 years.

Thomas Jefferson made some angry statements against the wicked law-makers of his time. I believe he called them "men of avarice and ambition" (i.e., greedy power-mongers). George Washington warned us against putting into office any BUSINESSMEN, as well as those who were not "men of virtue".

Here's what James Madison says about law-making: "The internal effects of a mutable policy [in law-making] are still more calamitous. It poisons the blessing of liberty itself. It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be tomorrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known, and less fixed? - The Federalist No. 62, The Senate, Independent Journal,
Wednesday, February 27, 1788 [James Madison]

2012 Feb 6
The following story has been submitted several times during the past year from readers who found it humorous. We did not publish it for reasons stated at the end, but now we think it is better to publish it and our analysis together. Here it is:

It's a slow day in the small town of Pumphandle and the streets are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is living on credit. A tourist visiting the area drives through town, stops at the motel, and lays a $100 bill on the desk saying he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs to pick one for the night.

As soon as he walks upstairs, the motel owner grabs the bill and runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher. The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to retire his debt to the pig farmer. The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill to his supplier, the Co-op. The guy at the Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his debt to the local prostitute. The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the hotel Owner. The hotel proprietor then places the $100 back on the counter so the traveler will not suspect anything.

Finally, the traveler comes down the stairs, states that the rooms are not satisfactory, picks up the $100 bill and leaves. No one produced anything. No one earned anything. However, the whole town now thinks they are out of debt and there is a false atmosphere of optimism and glee. And that, my friends, is how a "stimulus package" works!

Can you see the flaw in this story? Every townsperson that handled the money had an asset in the form of a receivable debt equal to their liability in the form of a payable debt. As far as we can tell from the story, none of them truly were in debt in terms of a balance between assets and liabilities. Their net position was zero. The only need was to clear their balance sheets by moving money from one to the other. The traveler merely provided the cash to get that process started.

However, in the case of so-called stimulus programs from the government, the money is loaned to recipients who owe much more than is owed to them, and their liabilities greatly exceed their assets. Technically, they are bankrupt, and the loan merely prolongs recognition of that fact. Because of this extreme imbalance, it is unlikely that the loans ever will be paid back to the taxpayers from which they came. They just lead to more grants and loans as time goes by.

So, unlike the story in which the whole town appears to get out of debt, in the real world, only politically favored groups get out of debt while everyone else gets further into debt through an increase in the national deficit and resulting price inflation for everything they purchase. In the story, the process seems humorous, and no one gets hurt. In real life, there is nothing funny about it because it constitutes legalized plunder.

2012 Feb 6 from Chris
Dear Ed,
Thanks for adding your 'disclaimer' to my statement about "income taxation" (re: "IS THERE AN OBLIGATION TO PAY INCOME TAX"? in your "UNFILTERED FORUM"). What you say is CRITICAL for everybody to know and UNDERSTAND.

I want to take this opportunity to explain what I believe to be the reason for this 'conflict of interests': THE RULE OF EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES, instead of exercise of our liberties under the Declaration of Independence. Effectively, an executive administrative agency is a KING'S RULE over us, especially when it is the FEDERAL government meddling in our private, non-federal lives.

Here's a quote from a legal authority that explains how the system works between the legislature and the executive administrative agencies (which is nowhere to be found in the CONSTITUTION): "The goal of statutory construction [i.e., interpretation] is simply stated: to determine and give effect to the intent of the enacting legislature. ... At this point, it is important to recognize that the concept of "legislative intent" is in many cases a fiction. ... The reality is that there probably is (and was) no actual "congressional intent" with respect to most specific issues that find their way to the courts, GAO, or other forums. In all likelihood, Congress did not affirmatively consider these specific issues for purposes of forming an intent about them. Necessarily, Congress writes laws in fairly general terms that convey broad concepts, principles, and policies. It leaves administering agencies and courts to fill in the gaps. Indeed, Congress sometimes deliberately leaves issues ambiguous because it lacks a sufficient consensus to resolve them in the law."

2011 Feb 5 from N.E.(former high-school-economics teacher; currently a certified circuit civil mediator on foreclosures)
Mr. Griffin,
Persons buying a home have two important documents regarding the indebtedness, first is the mortgage and second is the note. Most all of the attention has been focused on the mortgage document and little on the note. The note is a legal instrument of debt and can be sold for cash in the commercial marketplace. For homes that are guaranteed by FHA, once a foreclosure occurs, the taxpayer is on the hook to make good on that note.

Can there be any doubt why so few HAMP modifications can be completed? It is far more profitable for banks to sell the notes for cash, foreclose and purchase derivatives betting against the homeowners as in the recent article you publish. Might the banks bundle these notes much like MBS (mortgage backed securities) and sell them to 'investors'? This is an ongoing crime that has been ignored and swept under the carpet.

Bottom line is that the banks make about ten times what your mortgage amount is when they take possession after foreclosure. and the law firms allegedly share in the profits. I am suing the banks for this practice under my fair housing act suit in HUD in region ten in Seattle. as discriminatory under fair housing act of 1964 u.s.c 49 c.f.r. 150-200.
They make more money on the foreclosure than to keep you in your home. This was all figured out by the banks before you even got your loan. In other words you were setup to fail allegedly. All of this is illegal but no one is complaining to their state and federal reps and senators. No one knows about this. So if your mortgage is $100,000 dollars they make $1,000,000 on foreclosing from the derivatives and synthetic derivatives and they hedge bets against you when you are foreclosed on. On top of that they probably have your mortgage payments in the past or present going into their pockets under the veil of loss mitigation and paying their attorney fees out of your mortgage payments. This ongoing crime ought to be investigated and prosecuted by the State AG's.

The Story of Vitamin B17

G. Edward Griffin
marshals evidence that cancer is a deficiency disease, like scurvy or pellagra, caused by the lack of an essential food factor in modern man’s diet. That substance is vitamin B17, also known as Laetrile. This story is not approved by orthodox medicine. The FDA, the AMA, and The American Cancer Society have labeled it fraud and quackery. Yet the evidence is clear that here is the answer to the cancer riddle. Why has orthodox rejected this non drug approach? The author contends that the answer is to be found, not in science, but in politics – based upon the economic and power agenda of those who dominate the medical establishment. Sale now in progress. The Secret War
Against the American People.
The thesis of this book is that the U.S.has been conquered by a tightly knit group of conspirators who operate under cover of American citizenship; who are members of an organization called the CFR; and whose goal is the elimination of American sovereignty so it can be submerged into a global democratic dictatorship, based on the model of collectivism. If you think that is an outlandish statement, you are not aware of the facts in this book. (More)

This documentary challenges the official version of Robert Kennedy’s assassination. 11 bullets were found that supposedly came from Sirhan Sirhan’s 8-bullet gun. The coroner found powder burns on RFK’s ear next to the fatal shot in the back of his head and testified that the gun had to be only 2 or 3 inches away for that effect, but that Sirhan fired his pistol in front of RFK and was 3 to 6 feet away. An expert on hypnotism, after hypnotizing Sirhan in prison, said he could have been programmed under hypnotism prior to the assassination? Astounding facts withheld from the jury, blatant forgeries, and destroyed evidence on the part of authorities add up to a world-class cover-up. (More)

Financing the Road to Ruin

by J.Plummer.
A good way to describe this book is to say that it is a mini version of The Creature from Jekyll Island; A Second Look at the Federal Reserve, by G. Edward Griffin. Plummer has done an excellent job of condensing that larger work (plus information from many other sources) into only 172 pages, and that makes it especially valuable for those approaching the topic of fraudulent money and banking for the first time. As America staggers from government control and corruption, politicians in both major parties are calling for a “new” America. This DVD shows that what they propose is not new but a continuation of the programs of their predecessors, the same programs that created the present crisis. These politicians refer to themselves as “Progressives,” but their ideology is indistinguishable from Socialism, Communism, Nazism, or Fascism. The generic name for all these variants is Collectivism. This is an impressive production covering a massive political landscape. It should be studied by all serious students of political history and current events. It includes the testimony of G. Edward Griffin. (More)

It is common for health-conscious families to install chlorine-removal filters in their kitchens, but it has been estimated that we absorb more chlorine through our skin when taking a bath than we ever could from drinking water. That is because the body's skin surface is larger than the intestinal surface and because the lungs, too, are very efficient absorbers, and we inhale a substantial amount of chlorine gas while bathing. Benefits of de-chlorinated water are reduced exposure to toxic chlorine, healthier, younger looking skin; softer, more manageable hair; less fading of color-treated hair; relief from dry skin and scalp; and better lathering. Removes 90% or more of chlorine. (More)

Silver Lungs

A discourse by G. Edward Griffin
Without notes or preparation, Griffin fields questions about the United Nations, global warming, and how these topics are tied together. Here are some of the issues covered:
Is the UN our last best hope for peace or the foundation for global feudalism? Is the UN controlled by leaders of nations or by hidden structures and power brokers? If the latter, who are they? Are American elitists motivated by love of country, desire for international harmony, or something less admirable? Is it possible to get out of the UN, or have we passed the point of no return? With regard to global warming, what is Agenda 21? Is forced population-control justified to save the planet? Is the UN's report on global warming based on valid science? If not, then what? If the mission of the World Health Organization is not world health, then what? What are the IMF and World Bank and why should anyone care about them? What is the Freedom Force strategy for reversing the trend toward global feudalism? (More)

by “The People’s Chemist”, Shane Ellison, M.S. A former chemist for Big Pharma tells how drugs are highly toxic and, in many cases, cause greater illness than they alleviate. But the nutritional supplements sold in health-food stores also are manufactured by pharmaceutical companies and are not the “natural” products we assume they are. Synthetic vitamins may be chemically similar to those in nature but they are devoid of the co-factors found in the natural state, and that means that vitamins in a pill are far less effective than in foods and herbs. This led Ellison to examine thousands of natural sources, to identify those that are loaded with complete nutrition. In the process, he found some that can produce astounding reversals of such chronic diseases as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and even cancer – all for under $10 for a 30-day supply. This book could save you thousands of dollars and may even save your life. (More)
